Step-by-Step Process Description

Raw Material Preparation and Cutting

Quality Control: Inspect the thickness, hardness, and surface defects of metal sheets/rods and make sure it must meet the load-bearing requirements for trailer parts (such as ASTM or ISO standards).
Process: Laser cutting, plasma cutting or sawing.
Output: Cutting raw materials into blanks of the required shapes.

Stamping Forming

Process: Use molds to press the basic shape of the parts (such as the curved structure of hooks) on a press.
Key Points: The precision of the molds directly affects the consistency of product dimensions.

Machining

Processes: Turning, drilling, milling, etc. (such as processing threaded holes or precision interfaces).
Equipment: CNC machines, drilling machines.

Welding/Assembly

Process: MIG welding, spot welding or riveting (for multi-component assemblies).
Inspection: Weld seams must undergo non-destructive testing (X-ray or ultrasonic) make sure the weld seam should be free of pores and cracks and must pass the tensile test.

Surface Treatment

Anti-rust Process: Electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating or painting.
Purpose: To enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
Treatment solution :The durability of the coating/plating layer is verified by salt spray test

Quality Inspection and packing for shipment

Load test (simulated trailer pulling force).
Surface coating adhesion test.
Packaging way: Rust-proof paper wrapping + wooden box/pallet, with labels attached then make shipmen
